Based on my real experience, psychiatrist are way better than psychologist. Just to let you know, psychologist is not a medical doctor, but psychiatrist is. You have to know what is your actual problem, what is the root cause. Some issue might require different expertise. And what i see is that psychiatrist devoted themselves to help people more than just study hypothetically and manipulatively. Just my 2cents Bro. All the best.
