Bili kayo nito ako ung buhay na patotoo how effective this product is my nails are now growing firm and hairs is less dry and ang plump ng skin. Im taking this 3 months religiously and so far so good 1 scoop of powder/ day and 3-4 caps on empty stomach 2.9k powder 2.2 capsule. Goodluck
