Friends, I had a pretty good day yesterday! Seems that the longer daylight hours are helping my depression. Plus I’ve been making myself do things. But my son and daughter in law asked if Bart and I could come by and watch the grandkids ( all 5 of them) for a few hours while they went to sign the papers for their new house. Of course! Love to hang with the grandkids! And I have to add, I love to drive. So we drove there ( 1.5 hours), spent a few hours with the kids, got hugs and kisses and 1/

6 分鐘內	Alyson Luckett alyson2604	2/ “I love you”s from the kids as we left. We stopped at Tim’s for coffee on the way home, then listened to the Beatles channel as we drove home to Toronto. We got home and the sun hadn’t even set!!! I was completely exhausted, had to keep myself from falling asleep too early, but I want to share with you that that outing really cheered me up and made me feel more hopeful that I can beat this stupid depressive episode on the head! Today I’m recovering ( lol), but feeling good! Wanted to share!
