You can click reset on it as soon as your team runs outside and it will have recharged before you encounter the enemy so you can launch it again. Also put it in a safe place NEAR THE BATTLE AREA. My main strat is Rocket, I often MVP him with most heals and kills in a game but so many other rockets dont do any of this.
