I keep telling myself to use CSS Grid more, but for some reason I always find myself defaulting to Flexbox when building website layouts... Anyone else the same?

I find flexbox generally covers my needs. The last time I dropped in a grid was for wrapping content that I didn’t want to stretch across the whole bottom row when there weren’t enough items to fill the row.

Grid is great when you have an idea about how many elements you're going to dusplay. Flex will adapt no matter how many elements you have

Quite the opposite. I keep finding more and more cases where I simply replace flex with grid. Or even just replace block with grid, so I don’t need a margin on every child, but can use a single gap
