I am that I am.

I am not an atheist. I am religion-free. If I had to define myself by things I don't think are real it would be a very long list. I am against religious institutions and their meddling in the affairs of public and secular areas of life but that is a different subject.

Because if God were real, now would be an excellent time for him to make his presence known and start doing some smiting.

Because I live in a modern world and all religious books are based hundreds of years in the past. How wil civilisations fully evolve and grow and learn if we always committed to something that was made hundreds of years ago, being any religion. It’s utter nonsense
