One of proudest moments I ever had the opportunity to witness was during a triggered event, where my inner child was just chillin and my shadow taking a step back and asking “you got this right?” It really felt satisfying to be able to see the growth through the years and being able to provide the safe space for all parts of myself to work together as a team.
