Just watched a foreigner at a drugstore in a Manila mall have meltdown. He wanted Tylenol. The pharmacist explained over and over that Biogesic (sp?) is the local name for the same drug. After several minutes, I went up to him and said the same thing. He apologized to ME, made his purchase and left. The pharmacist thanked me for helping and I apologized for the rude foreigner. Just another day in the Philippines.

一小時內	Rhea rheabelles	i think it’s because the pharmacist is having a hard time conveying what he/she is trying to say. i’ve encountered this a lot of times specially in the medical field. filipinos having a hard time explaining themselves and foreigners getting frustrated because they want something and is being giving something else.

Although my meltdown was quite physical and internal. But oh god. The staff was tearing up with laughter while trying to dose me down with beer and patting my back hahah.. 10/10 would recommend it as an humbling experience to any one curious.
