Agree, my salvation, my joy, my hope is in Him not man

You’re absolutely right. Jesus Himself said, "Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me" (Matthew 10:37). Putting Jesus first doesn’t mean neglecting your family—it means loving them better through Him. When He is the foundation, everything else, including family relationships, falls into place with the right perspective. Keep standing firm in your faith!

Jesus first. He tells us in scripture to choose Him over family. So I did. It has not been easy but it was the right thing to do.

If you love family more than you love God, you are not worthy of him..that's in scripture Matthew 10:37.

That’s correct. The Bible says that we have to love God more than father or brother , etc… But at the same time, He wants us to take care of the ones in our house/ large family do not say”with whatever I could help you I gave to God”.
