Finally someone talked about this. Like in my case, my mom is very sweet to my younger sister and very expressive, but to me she’s like an aunt. Hard to explain it but even my aunt was sweeter to me. She treats me like how she treats my brothers, a bit detached and, sad to say, superficial - for a lack of a better term. I guess she sees me like a son 😄 I wonder if I did something in my childhood that made her that way 😕
