Saw this in the meat section today at Publix. I’ve never seen this before nor do I have a clue of cooking it. Has anyone cooked it or eaten it?

My grandmother used to make soup with tripe. I also get that same soup from Mexican stores. It might be an acquired taste but I like it.

It is tripe. Just like that little label in the top right hand corner says. Don't know what tripe is? There's are these things called Google and Siri you can ask, if you don't have a mother.
