Please make sure your child has rain boots, a raincoat, and two changes of dry clothes.” Not “We’ll stay inside.” Not “We’ll limit outdoor play.” Nope. Full-on rain adventure mode. Japan really said, There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing. And honestly? I love it.
