I interpret this to mean (at least for me personally) that I have people in my life I feel deeply connected to. I can be extremely vulnerable and authentically myself with them and they with me. That doesn’t mean we need to spend all our time together, and it doesn’t mean superficial interactions with others are better than time alone.
