When you think of constructing a strong, persuasive argument, you may associate more facts with a better outcome. This is a misconception. When you are trying to get someone to agree to something they are questionable about, you will likely only get them to agree with a couple of statements. If you push for more, you may find they start to breakdown or argue against your points and your persuasion will backfire.
