Feed your cat on a strictly maintained routine. Mine are fed at 6 am and 5 pm. Also if you live in an urban area get up and let her out at 4 am. Cats sleep up to 18 hours a day less traffic at 4 am cat back for breakfast at 6 or 7. Follow supper with lots of playtime. I did it for 15 years in an urban area now in a small village I no longer need to but still feed at 6am and 5 pm cats are indoor outdoor 21, 16 and 10.
