The "mental health community" is ABUSIVE AT BEST!!!!!!! And as far as I can tell, there isn't a fucking thing you or I can do about it. If you're abused in a mental health hospital, the worst thing to do is RE-ACT. If you re-act in a negative (or defensive) way, you will be diagnosed with a personality disorder and risk being held there longer, OR being sent home without needed treatment. Speaking of needed treatment, you may not get it. AND you may get treatment YOU DON'T NEED. DON'T TRUST THEM
