2/ So what is WC2? In a nutshell it's making every individual worker a contractor with no exceptions. The individual contractor is responsible for their own super, leave & conditions along with in some cases their own safety. They must compete with other individual contractors for work, so the lowest offer will win in nearly all cases, which will mean most workers will have to work for low remuneration, 6-7 days a week with few holidays & mostly likely won't earn enough for their own super.
