For me, the best is to go to the source terus which is the banks themselves. Understand their T&C because each banks have their own sets. And its easier for you to plan and manage when u know what is the actual T&C. But if you want to study sikit, can always go to either propertyguru or iproperty and read articles they published but again, it will tell u about the basic things.
