nak kurus ??! Tak, jauh skali. But bila adjust sugar intake, adjust makan, running? Pun tak jugak, coz I have a bad lower back. Jalan, yes. Banyak jalan. At home I train by doing a lot of walking, mileage clock pagi or petang. Bila stress, jalan. Bila emo, jalan. Bila marah, jalan. At work, kalau kat Singapore tu, turun airport terus MRT and Jalan and jalan and jalan Lagos. Seheri kat sana dah khatam steps and mileage 3-4x compared dengan kat rumah. Sihat? Alhamdulillah… Do I feel good? Better!
