Brother, I completely understand yourgrief but NO alimony and child support should be legal. The woman misusing these powers are top 10% of India's woman population, restricted to the urban centres. In villages women live the life of cattle. Beleive me many many women are being beaten, abused, tortured and raped every minute in rural areas. At times by their own families. These laws are supposed to benefit them. The problem: Implementation should always be bottom up not top down like now.
