When it comes to ADHD if you want the mind to be quiet you have to move the body, and if you want the body to be still, you have to engage the mind. This is why Yoga is so amazing for us, it's a kind of meditation that we can engage in that actually works. It's calming yet active. We can't just sit and meditate, we have to move.
