One year ago I started waking up early EVERY morning (weekends included) and here's what happened.
I have more energy, less stress, and a better mood all day long.
Morning workouts set the tone (for me), and now i can't imagine starting my day any other way. It's not always easy rolling out of bed when the alarm goes off, but after my workout is done, it was soooo worth it!
Who else is team early mornings? 🤩💛🌞
