In my case it was interesting because he had told me from the beginning “this isn’t gonna work out, nothing good will come from a relationship,” then we got into a situationship, and invitably, it eventually ended. I shouldn’t have been so stupid as to pursue a guy who told me it’d end from the beginning, but I suppose that’s what happens when you’re blindly in love with someone and don’t want to let things go. Plus we did make good friends, just not good partners.
