It's because government is lacking of technical support to the local farmers not only that our farmers are brainwashed by multi national companies using their products that has been negative effect to the balance of nature. In the USA the farmers are going backwards researching how to bring back the soils richness like the No tilling the soil, cut the grass but not destroy it and electroculture and many others.
