1️⃣ Protein: Cook ahead 12 portions of your favorite protein(s)—season simply with salt & pepper. (Mix & match 1-3 different kinds if you like!) 2️⃣ Veggies: Pick at least 3 different veggies (I go for seasonal coz it’s budget-friendly).
