I do hope parents know, especially moms, that every word you say is a doa. I heard a mom said “Maybe you’re not a good daughter to me.” Her daughter is 10yrs old. That reply was to answer the daughter’s innocent question when she could get a gift from her mom. My heart ached. How do you even recover from that childhood trauma? I wish I can hug that girl 🥲
