He great thing about science is that it continually seeks to confirm the factual basis of its findings. As more and more information becomes available, the more understanding of science and nature we as a species obtain. A book of fables which should never be questioned is a disastrous road to ignorance. I mean, if you were seriously ill, you’d be appalled if the doctors referred to a medical book written just 200 years ago!
