All I see when he talks is petulance, negativity and hostility wrapped in the stiffest, least charismatic delivery. Even Harper came across better and he was a lump. I don’t believe PP has what it takes to be the leader of a country that needs to deal with other world leaders. He is a very small fish in a big pond.
