I say it’s harder for dad because mom 9 times out of 10 has more custodial and residential rights. And can literally withhold time from dad. And I’ve yet, even on my court ordered days, had a cop be willing to force her to give me my child. Buuuuuuut in instances where I don’t show up to drop on time or I try to keep my kid longer, the police show up full force.
