I feel that! Finding that balance is definitely a struggle, and sometimes it feels like I’m just guessing my way through it. But you’re right—being yourself while also showing authority is key. I’ve got a few courses I need to finish reading and applying, but I’ll definitely check out the Newbie Bot too. Glad you found a system that works for you!
