Twitter was his focus group. He doubled down on trending topics and made it his platform. Playing to the crowd, he knew what they wanted to hear. Even before he's alreafy abrasive, speaks in superlatives, great at 'us vs them' narrative. Honestly don't know how US will recover after this.
