A little advice to leg day skippers.
Do your best to add leg days into your weekly workout splits.
I know it's tough but I used to skip legs for about 5 years and my upper body had a tough time putting on more mass and strength.
The moment I started training legs and trained them a little harder than my upper body, I noticed that I start getting stronger and more stable in all my lifts.
So skipping legs is gonna be the worst thing you can do for yourself.
