How do you determine your body type and the ideal workout for it? I’ve been strength training for a year and also tried running for a year. I don’t overeat, but I stopped following a meal plan in 2023. Despite this, I haven’t seen any progress—in fact, I’m even gaining weight. Help, FitnessThreads 😭
