As much as I'm.a big girl, I tend to under eat alot. I'd rather go without than eat reheated meals, I just don't like it. Tastes blurgh 🤢
I've just been given my meal plan from my pt.... I've got chicken and veg for lunch.... already gagging at the thought of it lol.
But I want some fat loss so I'm just gonna suck it up and force it down.
