My job has a dress code, which I wrote. In summary, it says you can’t wear shirts that might offend someone (ie with offensive slogans or images), leggings as pants, clothes full of holes, and please don’t subject your coworkers to full Lycra. And if you’re meeting with external parties please look appropriately professional. Want to wear a mini skirt? No problem. Want to wear a full length skirt? Also no problem. Want to wear crocs and dress as a Disney character? We’re here for that.
