Republicans in Minnesota are introducing a bill declaring “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as a mental illness, describing the faux “syndrome” as the “acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal persons that is in reaction to the policies and presidencies of President Donald J. Trump.”
