Last March 8-9, 2025, in celebration of International Women’s Day, we launched a transformative initiative at Lucena District Jail—teaching women inmates the art of pattern-making, cutting, and sewing Filipiniana terno sleeves! 🌸 This project aims to equip women deprived of liberty with sustainable skills to build a brighter future.
