Asking people to do cardio lebih dan kurangkan weight training kalau nak turun berat lemak is so misleading. Orang tu dah elok2 buat weight training 😮💨
Kalau nak turun lebih berat lemak bukan kena tambah cardio, tambah intensity weight training (progressive overload) supaya dapat build more muscles that could help with further fat loss. Bukan kurangkan weight training.
Cardio as tambahan. Ia bukan wajib untuk fat loss.
