PIP is not means tested and shouldn’t be. I’m a ANP and get PIP. it has helped with giving me options and potentially reducing my hours. I’m late diagnosed AuDHD. I am exhausted. My work leaves no energy for anything else. And employers will need to be 💩 hot on reasonable adjustments if peoples PIP is stopped. Employers are not ready.
