I’ve always had issues with my calves. We’ve been battling for years and Sunday’s 10km was no exception.
So, no interval session tonight, just an easy 7km.
This week is all about holding onto what I’ve got.
Running can be tough, but being healthy and being ABLE to run is something I’m greatful for.
Half Marathon this Sunday.
The goal is to make the start line.
