I flew this airline in March and encountered luggage delay for more than 24hours, and even worse, received it in a halfy damaged condition. The airline firstly proposed offering a USD60 compensation. Ok so they think the luggage plus the wasted time of mine worth only this much. I keep chasing for a further update and extra compensation but the only answer I kept getting was ‘under evaluation’. Everyone please AVOID this airline and can suggest how I can expedite the claim? Thanks.
