I love Toronto, but our bar for hospitality service is on the floor. I just saw the person on cash at a popular local healthy chain roll their eyes at a senior after they were trying to talk to them, then look at me without aknowledgment and turn to do something else. I was the only one left in line! Made an Impact on me, that’s for sure. The eye roll will have me never going back.
