If your tattoo artist cannot draw, find another one who can.

Your tattooer should be able to draw it out for you based on only an idea, and if they can’t find someone who can. I draw stuff based solely on ideas all the time for people

Go to a tattoo artist then. You probably won't get in within your two week window unless you've got a really flexible schedule and they get a cancellation, but that'll fix your problem. FYI , most good tattooers don't want people's cruddy drawings. They'd prefer to do the art themselves. A scribbly idea with notes is better than bringing in a pre-done design.
