Hey metalheads, another question here. Out of my sheer curiosity,how did y'all get started into metal/heavy metal? I grew up listening to 80's bands like Journey,Foreigner,Whitesnake,Boston,Chicago, .38 Special. Bands my dad loved and shared with me. I heard Hells Bells by AC/DC one night and then Ironman by Black Sabbath and that instantly hooked me. Where'd you start?

4 小時內	Sleaves Leather sleavesleather	Heard my first Metallica song in English class in grade 8. The teacher allowed students to bring in a cassette once a week and the class would listen to the tape, front and back with no interference or interruption- the cassette was Ride The Lightning. It took me a few moths to break out of the current Miami Vice look my mother had me dressed in to find ripped jeans, tshirt, a jean jacket and start growing my hair out. The rest is heavy metal history!!🤘🤘
