Finally lost weight, by eating MORE
For the past 3 weeks, I’ve eaten a good calorie restriction of 1200-1300 maximum.
There was just an issue, I wasn’t losing weight AT ALL. However, I tried an idea where you eat a bigger meal than usual and up your calorie intake.
I consumed 1800 calories in a day, all of a sudden some weight finally dropped off.
This is so confusing and i am wondering
1. Why did this work?
2. Do I keep doing this? Staying in a deficit but eating more calories?
