i see this idea going around that teachers should be able to go above and beyond if they want and if you can't that's ok too and we should all just be supportive. no. wake up. i want that magical world too but it doesn't exist Lauren (insert nice yt lady name). because here is the thing. principals and admin will always use those doing "more" to compare to those of us just doing our job duties. there are those of us who can't spend the money and can't stay after 3+ extra hours or show up at 4am
