This whole year I’ve really been working on being a healthier person—mainly mentally, but I started working on physical health too after I decided I wanted to feel stronger and not be out of breath when I go up the stairs.
I’ve been much better about having negative intrusive thoughts about myself, but tonight as I exercised, I kept thinking about the “ugly” awkward length of my hair, and how my thighs jiggled, and how I have no definition to my triceps, and that I was the heaviest woman (1/2)
