It's the balance of your meals ‼
Protein and produce are the most satiating foods we can eat - meaning they make you feel full while eating and also *keep you full* until hours later.
Carbs and fat are ALSO necessary to include in meals. They create satisfaction, which helps us to manage cravings and feel like we are NOT on a never-ending diet.
We need BOTH. This is what I call a "Balanced Plate" 🤗
