Answer: By talking about it with the right people. (Or write, journal, paint) Truth is not everyone can and knows how to hold space for our grief. People who are uncomfortable with emotions are the worst to go to because they will try to cheer you up when all you want is sit with all the feelings – the denial, anger, depression, bargaining, and acceptance. Find those who can and want to sit with and explore those feelings with you.
