I applied to this job on April 4. Screening interview on May 1. Official interview on May 16. Received assignment on May 29, Wednesday (which I submitted a day before due date). Third and final interview on June 21. It's been exactly two weeks since that last interview and still no update. Overall, this job application has already taken 3 months. Where is the sense of urgency? Is this a massive red flag on the company?

I’ve been here 2 years now and it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for so I wouldn’t say that the length of time is a red flag at all.

Which probably also means you'll have time to settle in if they hire you without being pressured to take on a lot of responsibility from day one...
